Migration tool to move data from OTRS Community Edition 6 to LigeroSmart.
This toolset enables the migration from OTRS Community Edition 6.0.x to LigeroSmart 6.1.x. It is designed to extract data from an OTRS backup (created via backup.pl) and integrate it into a fresh LigeroSmart environment. The process covers database migration, configuration file transfer, and attachment processing. Note: Customizations in the 'Custom' folder or specific skins are not automatically migrated and must be handled manually. The tool requires a source version of at least OTRS 6.0.
