Zammad plugin directory
Zammad is a modern, Ruby-based open-source helpdesk. Unlike OTOBO and Znuny, Zammad uses its own integration system instead of OPM packages. Our directory catalogs all available Zammad plugins, add-ons, and packages — from API clients and n8n workflows to AI/MCP integrations.

Frequently asked questions about Zammad plugins

Neue Integrationen zuerst in Staging testen; API-Keys sicher dokumentieren.
Die Zammad Admin-Dokumentation beschreibt jeden Integrationstyp Schritt für Schritt.

Kann ich Zammad mit Microsoft Teams verbinden?
Ja.
