OTRS System Configuration History
FreeA module for OTRS and Znuny that tracks and displays the history of changes made in the System Configuration (SysConfig).
This extension adds an auditing layer to the OTRS/Znuny System Configuration. It allows administrators to track which settings were changed, by whom, and at what time. The module records the previous value, the new value, and the timestamp of every modification. It provides a dedicated interface within the admin area to browse and search through this history, making it significantly easier to audit changes or troubleshoot issues caused by configuration updates. Note that since Znuny 7 uses a fundamentally new frontend architecture, this module is primarily compatible with the 6.x series.
