Enables rich text editing for FAQ articles even when global rich text support is disabled.
This add-on enables the use of the RichText editor specifically for FAQ articles, independent of the global 'Frontend::RichText' setting. In standard Znuny and OTRS Community Edition, disabling global rich text support also disables the editor for all modules, including the FAQ module. This package overrides this behavior, allowing for the maintenance of formatted knowledge base entries while keeping the rest of the system (e.g., ticket notes or responses) in plain text format. This is particularly useful for organizations that choose to disable global rich text for performance or compatibility reasons but still require well-formatted documentation.
