Advanced password policy management for agents and customers in Znuny and OTRS.
This extension enhances the security of Znuny and OTRS by providing granular control over password policies for both agents and customers. Administrators can enforce detailed password complexity requirements (length, character classes), set expiration intervals, and maintain a password history to prevent the reuse of old passwords. Additionally, the package protects against brute-force attacks by automatically locking accounts after a configurable number of failed login attempts. This module is particularly relevant for environments with high compliance requirements (e.g., CERT, financial sector).
