A Contao CMS extension that integrates Zammad via the Notification Center, enabling the automatic creation of tickets from website forms.

This bundle provides a specialized gateway for the Contao Notification Center to interact with the Zammad REST API. It allows developers and site administrators to map Contao form submissions directly to Zammad ticket attributes. If a user (contact) does not exist in Zammad, the bundle can automatically create the contact record before generating the ticket. It supports custom field mapping and secure authentication via API tokens. Compatible with Contao 4.9+ and Contao 5.x.
