A Google Apps Script that integrates Google Forms with Zammad, automatically creating tickets from form submissions via the Zammad REST API.

This integration allows organizations to use Google Forms as a front-end for Zammad ticket creation. It is particularly useful when the built-in Zammad web form is too limited for complex requirements. The script runs as a Google Apps Script trigger ("on form submit"), processes the form data, and sends it to the Zammad REST API. It supports custom field mapping and includes an error handling layer for improved reliability.
