HideDynamicFields
FreeOutput filter to show/hide dynamic fields based on ticket attributes like Queue, State, or Type.
HideDynamicFields is an extension for Znuny and OTRS that acts as an output filter. It allows administrators to dynamically control the visibility of dynamic fields in various ticket screens (e.g., AgentTicketPhone, AgentTicketEmail). Fields can be shown or hidden based on attributes such as the selected queue, ticket state, or ticket type. This significantly improves clarity for agents by only displaying fields relevant to the current context. Configuration is flexible via SysConfig, allowing for custom bindings to specific attributes.
