A bridge application that connects Innovaphone PBX systems with Zammad's generic CTI integration.

innovazammad acts as a middleware application that bridges the gap between an Innovaphone PBX and the Zammad helpdesk. The application polls the Innovaphone PBX SOAP API for call events and forwards them to Zammad's generic CTI API. This enables features such as displaying caller information on incoming calls and automatic call logging. Note: This project is marked as deprecated and abandoned by the original vendor (RegioHelden) and is no longer actively maintained.
