PHP library for interacting with the OTRS/Znuny SOAP API for ticket automation.

This PHP library implements a client for the OTRS SOAP API (RPC interface). It allows developers to perform various operations such as creating, retrieving, and searching for tickets, managing articles, and handling customer user data. The library is designed for OTRS 3.0 and later versions, including OTRS Community Edition and Znuny. As it is based on the classic rpc.pl interface, it is particularly useful for legacy integrations or systems where the GenericInterface is not the primary choice. The library requires the PHP SOAP extension and the activation of the RPC interface (Core::Soap) on the server side.
