This package enables OAuth 2.0 authentication for IMAP and POP3 mail accounts in Znuny and OTRS 6. It was developed to address the deprecation of basic authentication by major providers like Microsoft (Office 365) and Google (Gmail/Workspace). The module adds a new authentication method to the mail account configuration, allowing administrators to configure OAuth2 credentials such as Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID. The necessary authorization code flow is handled directly within the ticket system's web interface. Note: Znuny version 7.0 and later includes native OAuth2 support, making this package primarily relevant for the 6.x LTS line.
