OneTimeAuthenticationLink
FreeProvides a mechanism to log in to the system using a unique, one-time authentication link sent via email.
This extension allows users (agents and customers) to log in to the system via a unique link sent by email. This is particularly useful for quick access to specific tickets or for users who do not use the system frequently and do not have their credentials at hand. The link is automatically invalidated after the first successful login or after a defined time limit (timeout). Configuration is flexible via SysConfig.
