A modification for the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS) that enables automatic ticket creation in OTRS or Znuny via a SOAP connection.

MRBS-OTRS is an extension for the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS) that enables seamless integration with OTRS or Znuny. By modifying MRBS core files, the system is enabled to automatically open a corresponding ticket in the ITSM system for every new room booking. Communication takes place via the OTRS SOAP API (GenericInterface). This is particularly helpful for facility management teams or IT support to manage necessary preparations for booked rooms (e.g., providing projectors or catering) directly within the ticket system. The extension supports older OTRS versions as well as Znuny as a direct successor.
