Extends OTOBO notifications to support Telegram, Slack, and Mattermost.

This OTOBO package extends the default notification system with modern communication channels. It adds new transport modules that allow notifications to be sent via Telegram, Slack, and Mattermost, in addition to standard email or SMS. This improves agent response times through real-time push notifications on mobile devices and desktop clients. Configuration is handled easily via SysConfig and individual agent preferences.
