A Node.js-based Telegram bot for OTRS/Znuny integration, enabling ticket notifications and interaction via Telegram.
This tool acts as a bridge between OTRS/Znuny and Telegram. It utilizes the OTRS Generic Interface (REST) to send notifications about new tickets or status changes directly to Telegram users or groups. Users can also query ticket information via chat commands. The application is designed as a standalone Node.js service and can be run either directly or as a Docker container. Configuration is handled via environment variables for the bot token and OTRS API endpoints.
