Bridge script to connect Zammad with a NowSMS Gateway for two-way SMS communication.
This integration provides a bridge between Zammad and the NowSMS gateway. It consists of a PHP script acting as middleware that handles both directions of communication: sending SMS from Zammad via the 'Custom' SMS gateway setting, and receiving SMS from NowSMS to create or update tickets in Zammad via the Zammad API. This allows organizations to leverage local SMS hardware or specific NowSMS configurations within their ITSM workflows.
