Znuny4OTRS-AttachmentMultiUpload

This add-on for OTRS 5 and OTRS Community Edition 5 enhances the standard attachment functionality. Instead of selecting files one by one, users can select and upload multiple files simultaneously via the browser's file dialog. This significantly speeds up ticket processing when multiple documents need to be attached. Note: This package is not required for OTRS 6 or Znuny 6.0+, as a similar feature is already included in the core system.
