Restrict system email addresses to specific queues.
In standard installations of Znuny, OTOBO, or OTRS, all configured system email addresses are available globally for all queues. The 'Discrete System Addresses' package extends the system by allowing these addresses to be specifically assigned to certain queues. This is essential in complex environments or when managing multiple tenants on a single system, ensuring that agents only see and use the sender addresses relevant to their department or customer.
