Command-line utility to download ticket attachments from OTRS, Znuny, or OTOBO via REST API.

getotrs is a command-line utility written in Go, designed to interact with the OTRS GenericInterface (REST API). It allows administrators and users to efficiently download all attachments associated with specific ticket IDs. The tool is particularly useful for automated workflows, data migrations, or creating local backups of ticket documents without needing to use the web interface. Since Znuny and OTOBO maintain the REST API structure of OTRS, the tool is fully compatible with these systems as well.
