The OTOBO MCP Server is an implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that enables AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to interact directly with an OTOBO instance. Using the OTOBO GenericInterface REST API, LLMs can search for tickets, read details, and add new information. This allows for seamless integration of ITSM data into AI-powered workflows and chat interfaces.
