TemplateExtended

TemplateExtended is a powerful extension for OTOBO developed by Freicon GmbH & Co. KG. While the OTOBO standard primarily provides templates for responses and phone tickets, this module expands their usability to almost all ticket actions. Agents can thus access predefined text modules even for internal notes, when setting pending times, or during owner changes. The extension also offers enhanced placeholders and the ability to dynamically design texts using logic elements, significantly increasing efficiency in the service desk and reducing errors.
