This addon provides a comprehensive framework for IT Risk Management (ITRM) within OTRS and Znuny. It supports organizations in identifying, analyzing, and assessing IT risks in accordance with standards such as ISO 27001. Through integration with the ITSM module, risks can be linked directly to affected assets (CIs). The module includes a central risk registry, configurable assessment matrices, and tools for documenting treatment strategies (avoidance, mitigation, transfer, or acceptance).
