This add-on removes the persistent "OTRS Business Solution" (now OTRS) upgrade hints, banners, and advertisements that were introduced in OTRS Community Edition versions 5 and 6. It is designed to provide administrators and agents with a clean user interface, free from constant prompts to upgrade to the paid version. The package is particularly useful for installations staying on the Community Edition or migrating to early versions of Znuny while wanting to eliminate the original upselling elements.
