Adds configurable external links to the navigation bars of the agent and customer interfaces.
This add-on for Znuny and OTRS allows administrators to extend the navigation bars of the agent and customer interfaces with external links. This is particularly useful for providing quick access to third-party tools, internal documentation, or other web-based resources directly from within the ticket system. Setup is handled via the system configuration, where the desired links can be registered as new modules. The package also supports the definition of target attributes, allowing links to be opened in a new browser tab, for example.
