Znuny4OTRS-CISearch is an extension for the OTRS/Znuny ITSM module. It optimizes the agent workflow by providing a dedicated search field for Configuration Items (CIs) in the global toolbar. Instead of navigating through the ITSM menu to the CI search page, agents can find CIs directly by name or CI number from any screen. This is particularly useful in environments with extensive asset databases (CMDB). The package is designed for framework versions 6.x.
