Automatically expands article details (sender, subject, etc.) in ticket zoom.
This add-on for Znuny and OTRS CE improves the user experience in the ticket zoom view. By default, article details such as sender, recipient, and subject are often collapsed and must be manually opened by clicking an information icon ('i'). Znuny4OTRS-ZoomArticleDetailsExpand ensures that this information is immediately visible when the article is loaded. This saves time and clicks during daily ticket handling. While Znuny 7 has a similar native setting, this package provides a robust solution for older versions and specific UI adjustments.
