FreeAdds a snippet management feature to the administrative SQL box, allowing administrators to save and reuse frequently used SQL queries.
SQLSnippets is an extension for the administrative SQL box in Znuny and OTRS. It allows administrators to save complex or frequently used SQL queries as snippets. These snippets can be easily retrieved via a dropdown menu, edited, or deleted. This significantly speeds up database debugging and reporting tasks within the ticket system by eliminating the need to manually re-enter recurring queries.
