Znuny4OTRS-CustomPriorityColor

The Znuny4OTRS-CustomPriorityColor add-on provides administrators with a convenient way to manage the color coding of ticket priorities. In standard OTRS or Znuny installations (versions prior to 7.0), changing priority colors often requires manual intervention in CSS files. With this extension, colors (hex codes) for each priority can be easily defined via the SysConfig interface. This improves clarity for agents, as important tickets are immediately noticeable through signal colors. Note: Starting with Znuny 7.0, similar functionality is partially integrated into the core system.
