Enables the recording of time units within process management activity dialogs without requiring an article field.
In standard OTRS/Znuny, recording time units in a process activity dialog usually requires an article to be created. This package provides a way to record time units directly in the activity dialog, even if no article is being created or displayed. This is particularly useful for administrative tasks or transitions where time needs to be tracked but no communication (article) is necessary. The package is fully integrated into the process management engine and requires no manual code changes.
