Re-introduces the random ticket number generator that was removed in OTRS 6.
This add-on provides the 'Random' ticket number generator for Znuny and OTRS 6. In OTRS version 6, the random number generator was removed from the core. This package restores that functionality, allowing tickets to be created with non-sequential, random identifiers (consisting of a 10-digit random number and the SystemID). Note: Starting with Znuny version 6.3, this functionality is integrated into the core framework, so the package is no longer required for newer versions.
