This add-on adds a new widget to the OTRS or Znuny dashboard that lists all tickets where the current agent is either the owner or the responsible person. It provides a quick overview of the agent's current tasks without the need to manually search for tickets or navigate through different status views. The widget is configurable via SysConfig and integrates seamlessly into the existing dashboard interface.
