FreeAdds buttons to easily move recipients between To, Cc, and Bcc fields.
This extension enhances the ticket communication interface (Compose, Reply, Forward) by adding small buttons next to each recipient. Users can click these buttons to move a recipient from the 'To' field to 'Cc' or 'Bcc' and vice versa, without having to delete and re-type the address. This significantly speeds up the process of adjusting recipient lists during ticket processing. The extension is compatible with OTRS 6.0 and Znuny (up to version 6.5).
