Adds a dynamic field type for file attachments to the system.
The DynamicFieldAttachment package by Rother OSS extends Znuny, OTOBO, and OTRS Community Edition with a new type of dynamic field: the Attachment. While standard dynamic fields can only store text, numbers, or lists, this type allows for the direct upload of documents, images, or other files into the field. This is particularly useful for process management scenarios where specific documents (e.g., invoices, certificates) need to be pinned to a ticket or process step rather than just being handled as regular ticket attachments. The attachments are visible in the Ticket Zoom view and can be configured in various masks (Agent/Customer).
