A collection of custom OTRS modules, configurations, and scripts for the CLARIN-D helpdesk, featuring a SOAP API, a PHP form, and R statistics.

This repository contains the customizations used by the CLARIN-D helpdesk. It includes an OTRS extension that provides a SOAP interface for external ticket creation, a standalone PHP support form that integrates with this API, and R scripts for advanced statistical analysis of helpdesk data. It also includes custom authentication modules for OTRS. The components are modular, allowing the API or the statistics scripts to be used independently in OTRS-based environments (including Znuny).
