GIExtension

GIExtension enhances the GenericInterface (Web Services) of OTRS and Znuny by providing a set of additional operations and filters. Key features include Ticket::TicketGetFiltered (a drop-in replacement for TicketGet with custom filter support), operations for managing Customer Users and Customer Companies (Add, Update, Search), and Dynamic Field updates for customers. It also allows for custom Perl-based filters to manipulate data during web service processing. This is particularly useful for complex integrations where standard operations are insufficient.
