Adds a dropdown menu to close tickets with a single click using predefined templates for articles and states.

QuickClose is an extension for Znuny, OTOBO, and OTRS Community Edition that significantly speeds up the ticket closing workflow. When agents frequently close tickets with similar content, the standard process (clicking close, waiting for the window, entering text, confirming) is often time-consuming. QuickClose adds a dropdown menu to the ticket zoom view containing predefined templates. With just one click, the ticket is closed, an article with the stored text is created, and the state and optionally the queue are updated. Configuration is flexible via the admin area or system configuration.
