It utilizes the OTRS Generic Interface (Webservices) to receive ticket data and forwards formatted messages to Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Rocket.Chat. This allows for centralized notification management without the need to install multiple system-specific extensions directly within the ticket system. The solution is based on Python Flask and is lightweight and easy to configure.
