Send OTRS ticket notifications to specific Telegram groups based on the ticket's queue.

This project provides a Perl script and instructions for integrating OTRS with Telegram. It enables the system to send automated notifications to specific Telegram groups based on the queue where a ticket event occurs. The integration uses OTRS Notification Events to trigger an external script that forwards data via the Telegram Bot API to the messenger. It is compatible with OTRS 5, OTRS 6, and Znuny.
