A module to simplify the creation of web service connectors in OTRS and LigeroSmart.

otrs.LigeroEasyConnector is a framework designed to simplify the integration of OTRS Community Edition and LigeroSmart with external systems. It extends the Generic Interface with a flexible 'EasyConnector' transport and invoker. This allows administrators to implement REST-based integrations more efficiently by using XSLT mapping for data transformation instead of having to write complex Perl code for every new connector. It is commonly used for connecting monitoring tools like Zabbix or messaging services.
