otrs_proxy is a Ruby client for the OTRS Generic Interface. The gem provides a simple, Ruby-idiomatic interface to interact with OTRS-based systems via SOAP. It supports core functionalities such as searching for tickets, creating new tickets, and adding articles. Since it relies on the standardized Generic Interface, it is also compatible with Znuny and OTOBO, provided the corresponding web services are configured. The project is open-source and available under the MIT license.
