Adds a dropdown menu to close tickets instantly using predefined templates and states.

QuickClose is an extension for Znuny and OTRS that significantly increases agent efficiency. Instead of opening the standard ticket close dialog, manually selecting a state, and typing a note, QuickClose provides a dropdown menu with predefined actions. Each action (template) can be configured to close the ticket instantly, create a predefined article, and optionally move the ticket to another queue. This is particularly useful for frequent standard requests or spam tickets.
