TTO-Timer

Displays a timer in the ticket zoom view to track time spent and prefill time accounting fields.

TTO-Timer is a client-side extension for OTRS and Znuny that adds a JavaScript-based timer to the ticket zoom screen (AgentTicketZoom). It automatically tracks the time an agent spends viewing a ticket. Clicking the timer opens a note popup with the elapsed time already prefilled in the time accounting field, facilitating accurate billing directly from the workflow. Additionally, users can configure default time values for common actions like notes, responses, and free fields. In versions for OTRS 6/Znuny, the timer can also be integrated as a sidebar widget.
