Adds a 'Quick Close' button to close tickets instantly with predefined settings and optional articles.
Znuny4OTRS-QuickClose (renamed to Znuny-QuickClose in Znuny 7) is a productivity extension designed to significantly speed up the agent workflow. Instead of opening the standard close dialog, selecting an article type, typing a note, and manually changing the state, this module enables closing with a single click. \n\nThe extension is highly configurable: multiple quick-close actions can be defined via the System Configuration. Each action can specify a target state (e.g., 'closed successful'), a priority, and optionally a predefined article (note). The buttons are displayed in both the Ticket Zoom view and various list views (Queue View, Status View). Recent versions also support filling dynamic fields directly through the quick-close action.
