The "Advanced Attachments" add-on for Znuny fundamentally optimizes working with file attachments. Instead of having to search for each attachment individually in the respective articles, the module provides a central widget in the ticket view that lists all files of the ticket. Agents can preview images and PDF documents directly in the browser, saving time and reducing clutter in local download folders. The bulk download function is particularly efficient, allowing multiple files to be selected and downloaded as a ZIP archive. Furthermore, attachments from previous communications can be reused in new replies with a single click, preventing redundant storage and the manual re-uploading of the same files.
