FreeDashboard widget to get an overview of accounted times for the agent.
The DashboardMyAccountedTimes package extends the agent dashboard with a useful widget for time tracking. It provides a quick overview of all time units that the respective agent has recorded across various tickets within a defined period (defaulting to the last 7 days). This helps agents keep track of their daily or weekly work performance directly on the dashboard without having to access separate reports. Configuration is easily handled via the System Configuration (SysConfig).
