Adds dynamic field types to Znuny that allow agents to query and select data from external SQL databases via autocomplete dropdowns or multiselect fields.

This package allows the integration of external database content into Znuny. It provides a new dynamic field type 'Database' which can be configured to connect to any database supported by Perl's DBI (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle). Agents can search for records using an autocomplete field or select from a list. The retrieved data can be mapped to other ticket attributes or stored within the dynamic field. This is particularly useful for linking tickets to external customer IDs, asset numbers, or product catalogs stored in third-party systems. The package supports both single-select and multi-select field configurations.
