The LocalAvatar package provides a privacy-compliant solution for managing user images in Znuny and OTRS. Instead of relying on external services like Gravatar, which transmit email hashes to third-party providers, this add-on allows images to be stored directly on your own server. Agents and customers can upload their avatars via their personal settings. The images are then displayed in relevant areas such as the ticket zoom view or the dashboard, enhancing personalization and identification within the system.
