Dynamic field to select OTOBO agents with filtering options for groups and roles.
This package adds a new dynamic field type 'OTOBOAgent' to OTOBO. It allows administrators to define fields where one or multiple agents can be selected. The selection can be restricted to specific groups or roles. This is particularly useful for workflows where additional agents (e.g., supervisors, project participants, or secondary owners) need to be linked to a ticket.\n\nNote for OTOBO 11+: Starting with OTOBO 11, a similar field type is included in the core system. For existing installations, OTOBO 11 provides a console command (Admin::DynamicField::IntegrateOTOBOAgentDynamicFields) to migrate data from this package to the new standard.
