Allows colorizing ticket rows in the overview and dashboard based on ticket attributes.
This extension provides hooks for the Ticket Overview (Small view) and the Agent Dashboard of Znuny and OTRS. It allows administrators to assign specific CSS classes to table rows based on ticket data (e.g., Priority, State, Queue). By adding custom CSS to the system, these classes can be used to visually highlight certain tickets (e.g., red rows for escalations), significantly improving the workflow for agents.
