CustomerUserImportExport

This package extends the standard Import/Export module of OTRS, Znuny, and OTOBO with a backend for customer users. It enables bulk import and export of customer data in CSV format. Administrators can manage mappings for various customer backends (e.g., DB, LDAP). Advanced features include setting default values for mandatory fields like email or validity, forcing imports into specific backends, and automatically generating Customer IDs from email domains. It is an essential tool for migrations and regular maintenance of customer records.
